Our program will provide services that will work cohesively with the community and partners to facilitate positive transformation of our participants. We will accomplish this by providing an environment that will emotionally, spiritually, physically, and socially support our communities with the hope of fostering learning and personal advancement. We want to draw people in search of transformation to a purposeful self-directed life, in work, family and intellectual pursuit. We will provide the services below:
The Parenting Journey
Building a healthy family relationship is a crucial component to living a fulfilling life and reaching ones full potential. Having a strong foundation is the key to any successful relationship, especially with our children and extended family. Balancing work, school and other obligations often times makes it difficult, or seemingly impossible to lead a healthy lifestyle and nurture ourselves and our families. Turning Point-It's Your Turn Inc.'s Parenting Journey program will take you through 12 sessions to provide you with support in order to refresh, renew and restore your connection to your family and role as a parent. TPIYT's Parenting Journey program will provide you with the necessary tools to strengthen your ability to overcome challenges that face today’s family. We aim to help families reach parenting milestones, and foster a parenting relationship which allows children to flourish in independence, intellect and high personal standards.
​Housing​
Are your housing needs being met? Do you have suitable housing to sustain a self-directed life? Are you facing eviction? Housing assistance at Turning Point- It's Your Turn inc. provides you with a comprehensive assessment that will identify housing options which you qualify for; assisting you with understanding the application process and terminology. Our goal is connecting you with community resources for ongoing support throughout your journey to secure suitable housing.
Substance Abuse/Recovery Coaching
Many people seeking abstinence from addiction require additional support to sustain abstinence outside of their treatment environment. Recovery Coaching is an option for you. Your recovery coach can provide one-on-one attention and can be alongside of you as you begin your transformation to abstinence. Recovery Coaches at Turning Point- It's Your Turn inc. are certified and trained to provide you that one-on-one support so the transformation of recovery can blossom.
Educational Services
Turning Point- It's Your Turn Inc.'s Educational Services are designed to assist you through caring and qualified instructors in an enriching environment that supports your achievement of academic milestones. Our goal is to provide comprehensive assessment and evaluation necessary to connect you to services that will boost your educational trajectory. Individuals who require intensive academic support and those seeking just to enhance their skills can find our educational service a great fit to meet your individual needs. Turning Point- It's Your Turn Inc. is proud to have an approved High School Equivalency (HSE) national examination preparation curriculum as well as tutorial sessions for one-on-one instruction.

Reaching employment milestones in today’s competitive market comes with a set of challenges. Having the right strategy to obtain satisfaction and enrichment derived from occupational pursuits is attainable! It’s your turn! Turning Point-It's Your Turn inc.'s Occupational service is here to provide you with the necessary tools to achieve the success you deserve. Our goal is to equip you with the tools, résumés, cover letters, and interviewing tips to allow your strengths to stand out. Engagement with one on one job developers and group workshops will allow you to get ahead of the competition.
